Affordable Family Health Services (AFHS) offer dental plan discount programs individuals, groups, as well as small business dental plans. AFHS state it provides affordable discount dental plans for individuals, families and groups who are looking to significantly reduce costs on their dental care procedures. Customers receive discount dental care through a savings plan instead of an insurance policy

Affordable Family Health Services offers a discount dental care option at a very low cost, and AFHS added prescription, vision, and chiropractic discounts can save members up to10% to 75%.  AFHS states its dental plans make it easy to receive discounted dental care with their National Dental Provider Network. In addition, dental plans are available nationally and payments can be submitted yearly.

Available Dental Savings Plan Discounts

AFHS members who visit a participating specialist receive a flat25% discount off specialists' usual and customary fees. Specialists include:

• Orthodontists - braces  
• Periodontists - gums  
• Oral Surgeons - wisdom tooth or major extractions  
• Prosthodontists - bridges and dentures  
• Pediatric Dentists - child treatment  
• Endodontist - extensive root canals
